As a General Customer Support Employee you will provide personal support to Rituals home and body product users. Questions about products, online orders, delivery status, payments and returns via telephone, e-mail and social media. The end goal is to make the customer feel as good as possible. You will be working in an enthusiastic team who are passionate about our products. Together with your team you will boost the customer's satisfaction.

• Minimaal mbo-werk- en -denkniveau;
• You have affinity with Rituals as a brand;
• Work experience is not required, but compliance to the above mentioned criteria is.
• You can work on Saturdays as well;
• You are a native German speaker and you speak either Dutch or English fluently;
• You are enthusiastic, customer minded and able to analyze problems;

• € 10,00 per hour, before taxes;
• Compensation for travelling costs;
• Working hours from Monday till Sunday 9:00 - 20:00 ;
• A paid fulltime communication- en producttraining for the period of 2 weeks;
• Work experience at an internationally known brand;
