Senior Production Engineer / Continuous Improvement Leader (m/f/d)

Your scope of duties:
Manages the overall production capacity utilization, expansion, and output. Is responsible for agile working principles.
- Prepares the production plan (VDS, PADS) based on VIO and forecasting information
- Drives agile principles across organizational disciplines
- Sets annual, quarterly, and monthly production targets in agreement with the production units
- Monitors production output and initiates corrective action where needed
- Monitors strategic projects and initiates corrective action where needed
- Measures quality and manages corrective action processes through 8D principles
- Owns the culture of continuous improvement and initiates Kaizen activities
- Generates VSM where not available
Your qualifications/skills:
- Excellent knowledge of complex production environments
- Proficient in the use of latest MS office version
- In depth knowledge of VSM principles
- Experience in continuous improvement process
- Agile master certification is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured working style
