Your Scope of Duties

As an Agile Master (m/f/d) at TecAlliance, you support us in designing our agile development. Several years ago, we integrated agile frameworks and actually one year ago we rolled-out the agile transformation throughout the entire organization. Now we are in the process of introducing OKRs company-wide.

Your core tasks entail:

• Coaching and optimizing the collaboration within agile, interdisciplinary, decentralized teams.
• Steering and supporting of meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives in an agile context.
• Close cooperation with the team, the product owner and all relevant stakeholders.
• Rapid elimination of impediments and ensuring a productive working environment.
• Support of product owners and teams in further development, decision making and optimization.
• Leading teambuilding activities, supporting team building, supporting the scaling of distributed, international teams via external service providers.

Your Qualifications

• You already have successfully managed agile projects with decentralized, international teams and ideally have experiences in software development and related processes and procedures.
• You are well versed with agile methods and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, XP, and gained certifications.
• You understand yourself as a facilitator, listener and supporter of your agile team(s). You have strong presentation and communication skills.
• You have a positive attitude, you are creative and solution-oriented, and you enjoy working in a team.
• With empathy, authenticity and leading by example, you live our agile values: appreciation, openness, trust, respect and transparency.
• You are innovative, you can think outside the box and consider cross-divisional issues.
• You support employees in their development and career path and take responsibility for the moderation and mediation of conflicts.
• Fluent English and German language skills, intercultural competence and willingness to travel complete your profile.
