Our client is a global organization, focused on achieving the strategic vision of being the world's leading, integrated solutions provider in pharma and consumer healthcare and nutrition customers all along the healthcare continuum. The company has more than 100 sites and offices and approximately 14,500 full-time employees worldwide. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Project Manager to work at one of the company’s sites located in the south of Limburg Province, the Netherlands.

Functie

Duties in this role will include, but are not limited to;

• Partner with internal functional areas as part of the change control process.
• Support the Deviation, Investigation and CAPA processes specific to their assigned customer.
• Review and approve investigation reports including root cause analysis and assure corrective and preventive actions addressing the root cause to prevent recurrence.
• Interact with internal and external customers as part of Joint and Internal Project Teams serving as the Quality Subject Matter Expert for any customer related quality issues.
• Track and present customer metrics.
• Review and approve various product specific documents such as Qualtiy Agreements, Product Qualtiy Reviews, etc.
• Support customer audits.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Preferred area of study: Scientific related field.
• 3-7 or more year in GMP environment, minimum 3-5 years in Quality Assurance or similar discipline. Biotechnology manufacturing background is preferred.
• Has knowledge of GMP's and regulations.
• Project Management Expertise: presentation, customer liaison, meeting facilitation.
• Experience with Trackwise, SAP, document manamgement system preferred.
• Detail-oriented.
• Organized.
• Self-motivated.
• Displays a clear willingness to listen to others.
• Demonstrates quality decision-making.
• Self-starter, solid written and verbal communication, good attention to dtail, works effectively individually and with teams, positive attitude, customer-focused, works well under pressure, capable of making quality decisions, practices safety at all times.
