Introductie

We are looking for a manager controlling. We offer an interesting, challenging, diversified and responsible job. In this position you are part of the controlling team, member of the MT and report directly to the Director.   

Functie

• Pro-active participation in the setting of business targets
• Steering and coordination of the budget planning process
• Create the big picture by bringing segmented plans and targets together into a comprehensive overview
• Set up a big picture profound information system with the purpose to align planned, actual and foretasted calculations
• Provide periodically estimated / actual comparisons of revenue, profit, budget etc. If necessary give explanations of prevention respectively analyze and reduce deviations.
• Analyze deviations and discuss the results with the responsible departments, compile actions to counteract
• Calculation of economic efficiency - organizational and data processing
• Value analysis of all departments
• Report significant deviations form the target to the director
• Control investments capital and the depreciations
• Compliance with guidelines according to management manual regarding quality and environment
• Management of CO and lean projects

Functie-eisen

• Master degree in controlling or business administration
• You have at least 6 years of experience in a controlling of business administration position for a major company or a division of a large company
• You are fluent in English and Dutch
• You have a profound application knowledge in using MS office programs and SAP
• You are assertive and a structured problem solver
• You are a team player, pro active, hands-on and flexible
