To strengthen the HR team of our client, we are looking for an operational HR Business Partner who will contribute to the development and implementation of an innovative, ambitious HR policy, which is distinctive and tailored to the needs of the organisation and their employees. The total HR organisation consist of 7 FTE and 1,5 FTE are reporting to the HR business Partner.
Introductie
Our client is a manufacturing company located in the south of the Netherlands and they employ around 500 FTE. The plant is running in a 5 shift system and they are part of a global company with 12.500 employees.
Functie
Your responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for employees of the factory on HR-related themes.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of an innovative HR policy, which is based on the needs of the business and staff.
- Stimulate involvement in the realization of the factory objectives and HR-processes.
- General HR tasks such as recruitment, follow-up on budgets, alignment of HR processes based on new skills and competencies, exit interviews, implementation and coordination of annual performance reviews of all employees, are part of your daily job.
- Maintain the relationship with unions, participate in the delegation and take care of CLA compliance.
- Support the HR manager Netherlands in the relationship with the Works Council and participate in Works Council meetings for the plant.
- Support and partner with the business in the realization of HR-related KPI’s.
- Actively work together with the local training manager on developing and enhancing the capability of the workforce within the plant.
- Follow new HR trends in the market and look into their relevance and applicability for the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes.
- Actively participate in HR projects, both local and pan-European, cooperate with our clients European HR team and support the implementation of European HR processes.
- Report to the HR manager Netherlands.
Functie-eisen
You have:
- At least an HR-related bachelor’s degree
- 5 years relevant and proven experience in a similar role in an operational environment.
- Affinity with technical profiles is a plus.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in the Dutch and English language.
- Able to work with MS Office. Knowledge of SAP and HR systems is a plus.
