You will manage Nordson’s relationship with its EMEa employees. You will oversee this relationship from the hiring process to current employees, to the exit process. Furthermore you are responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving human resource issues. As a branch of human resource management, you deal with everything related to employee and management relations You will act as an advisor on specific areas of employment law, to negotiate during or employee disputes and support and facilitate awareness of company policies and procedures.
Maintaining a positive employee relations environment and provide coaching and advisory support to people managers on progressive discipline, performance management, conflict resolution, and employment risk matters
