We are looking for a proactive Product Manager who is looking for a dynamic and challenging role where input and enthusiasm will have a major effect on the collective success of Mosa.

What will you be doing as a Product Manager?

• You make it work: by being involved in the innovation, development and management of our wall and floor tile collections. You are responsible to develop distinctive products that are in line with the Mosa strategy.
• You make it together: you work in close collaboration with the departments Design, MarCom, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, customers and external partners.
• You make it transparent: by formulating and implement the product portfolio strategy in the short and long term, including on the basis of translated external trends.
• You make it planned: you execute the annual Product Portfolio Roadmap calendar and assuring Product Launches and phase outs in line with this Roadmap.
• You make it teamwork: you are a supportive and trustworthy team player who continuously searches to provide feedback and helps building a world class Product Marketing Management team.
• You can make it happen at Mosa: you have the drive and ambition to continue to develop your skills and grow as a Product Manager.

How will you make it?

• You have: a bachelor’s degree in business economics/MBA, Product Marketing management or Product Engineering (Master).
• You have at least 8-10 years of experience in a relevant position in a production industry and having worked in an international Matrix organization.
• Good understanding of marketing and competitor analysis.
• Experience in project management and an outstanding project lead.
• Great portfolio & category management skills
• Intercultural awareness is important.
• You make it with your good written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English (at least to level B2 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages).
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and insight into international relations.
