As a Customer Service Representative you will handle incoming leads and sales opportunities and will strive to convert as many sales opportunities as possible into orders. You also support colleagues in the field to make Mosa a leader in the markets. You make it possible for Mosa to implement substantial growth strategies. Results are central. Expectations are high.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage incoming leads and sales (identify, analyze and follow up). Would this be a sales opportunity or would this be a potential marketing option? You decide. You have daily contact with account management, including project follow-up and order processing. You are an active member of the account team(s) and together with your colleagues in the office and field you ensure that all customer needs are met. You work actively within the price framework and ensure coordination between various parties, such as sales management and line management. You also organize or actively participate in internal or external customer events, including providing customers with relevant (product) information and securing and logging relevant customer or project or order information in our CRM system.
