The organisation

The function
The Senior International Project Leader will work with internal and external stakeholders to define project deliverables, assess resourcing needs, plan, and manage the project execution, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize project progress to management for our largest and most complex projects.
This includes the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex projects in a professional, structured, and effective manner.
- Proactively engage with multicultural stakeholders, both in person and virtually, to gain clarity in situations of uncertainty.
- Work autonomously to develop and maintain momentum in the execution of assigned projects.
- Use experience and foresight to recognize potential risks and develop risk management measures.
- Be an active member within the Mercedes-Benz CAC Project Management team by proactively highlighting learned lessons and suggestions to improve internal processes.
- Act as an advisor to portfolio management on the selection and scheduling of programs, projects and Epics that bring the most value to our customers and organization.
Requirements
Who are you?

- Have solid organizational skills including a fastidious attention to detail
- Can work in a complex, dynamic environment with elevated levels of uncertainty
- Be able to influence without authority
- Be diplomatic across cultures but stand your ground when the project requires it
- Be able to communicate extremely well in English
- Have the drive to bring projects to successful conclusions
- Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- Have more than 5 years Project Management experience
- Have an advanced level of knowledge for predictive and adaptive project management methods
- Have multiple formal project management certifications. Such as Prince2 practitioner, PMP, Agile Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, SAFe SM and/or POPM
- Have an advanced knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Have a basic knowledge of contact center technical infrastructures

- The salary range for a full-time position (40 hours) is between €4100 and €5800 gross per month depending on experience
