The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht is an international multicultural organization and an integrated part of Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales. In our offices in Maastricht, we think and act globally and assume a leading role for the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centers all over the world. Our goal is to provide excellent assistance to our customers and dealers of well-known brands like Mercedes-Benz, AMG, smart, and Mercedes me. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we ensure our customers’ mobility with our roadside assistance. Do you have a passion for Change Management and an extensive experience in leading an organization toward the target picture? The Senior Change Manager is a member of the Project Management & Digitalization team and manages the people side of change by translating our Customer Contact Center strategy into change stories. In this role, you work closely together with the Project Management Office, Epic Owners/Project Managers, Management Board and EMT. As Senior Change Manager, you are responsible for defining, coordinating, and executing the change toward our target picture in cooperation with the Management Board and act as a sparring partner for Projects Managers.
