The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center [MBCAC] is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands and supports all after-sales customers for Mercedes-Benz, smart, AMG, Maybach in Europe. In 2015 the MBCAC has been granted the worldwide governance role for all Mercedes-Benz aftersales call centers around the globe. Within the Global Contact Center management department (GSP/OC3), the SIRIUS team focuses on the integration of digital technology into all areas of business.

Within the department “Global Contact Center Management”, the Senior Business Consultant is part of the team “Digitalization & Project Management”, which consists of the teams of “PMO & SIRIUS Program Office” as well as “Project Management”. “Digitalization and Project Management” belongs to the GSP/OC3 department, which has a global governance role for all Mercedes-Benz Customer Contact Centers. As part of this governance role GSP/OC3 is responsible for the implementation of new projects and initiatives in these contact centers worldwide.
Program SIRIUS is one of the biggest transformation programs of the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center that aims to replace the current CRM ecosystem with a new Salesforce-based ecosystem for CCCs globally. SIRIUS is a strategic initiative and contributes towards the new Mercedes-Benz strategy. It involves high stakeholder management, communication management, planning, and overseeing large-scale, strategic, and high-risk projects. Design, Delivery, Implementation, and Rollout of the new ecosystem is supported by Agile ways of working, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
The Senior Business Consultant plays a key role within the SIRIUS Program Office. This role is responsible for maintaining the SIRIUS program resource tool, driving change and communication activities related to the program, and supporting and executing Program Office cadences for a wide range of stakeholders. Once Program SIRIUS is completed, the Senior Business Consultant will play a key role in setting up the next strategic program office.
