The organisation

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht, The Netherlands, is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective Mercedes-Benz customers. More than 45 different nationalities add diversity and enrich an organization dedicated to satisfied customers and high performance. Employees act as brand representatives ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.

The function

XENTRY Portal is the working and information search tool for employees and Mercedes-Benz outlets in After-Sales in all the Mercedes-Benz divisions of including smart. It is the standard workshop solution that bundles all products, services, and information to support the workshop processes under one roof. The individual products are described with up-to-date definitions - users receive new features and bugfixes automatically by means of regular updates several times a year. Improved, more clearly arranged user interfaces help with intuitive operation within the individual functions.

As integral part of XENTRY Portal, the Retail Guide, provides current information, training & knowledge material, documentation & workshop processes to support the users in their daily work.

Tasks:
• Management of the Retail Guide communication platform for Mercedes-Benz dealers
• Independent creation and implementation of a further development strategy for the platform
• Development and operational implementation of UI/UX concepts to ensure sales success
Project management for the Retail Guide of the Future project
Overall management and coordination of the service providers for editorial support, technical development and UI/UX
• Definition, consultation, conception, input and follow-up of product requirements and further developments as well as their coordination with relevant stakeholders
Agile product development according to SCRUM methodologies as Business Product Owner
• Continuous implementation of market research measures for the well-founded further development of both products such as Google Analytics, user surveys, usability tests and content quality assurance measures
• Formulating and tracking communication goals
• Ensuring compliance with data protection according to GDPR and other regulations

Requirements

• Graduation in business informatics, digital marketing or a comparable degree/level of experience
• Experience in the development of digital products and working with CMS (Content Management System)
• Experience in agile work according to SCRUM as a Product Owner
• Experience in managing and collaborating with interdisciplinary project teams and service providers
• Basic understanding and application know-how of marketing and IT systems
• A high degree of independence, initiative and flexibility in the performance of tasks
• Confident handling of complex and multi-layered topics without detriment of own stress
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills as well as good communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as Atlassian (Jira and Confluence)
• Willingness to travel for work when required
