The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center is an international multicultural organization and an integrated part of Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales. In our offices in Maastricht, we think and act globally and take on a leading role for the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centers all over the world.
Our goal is to provide excellent assistance to our customers and dealers of well-known Mercedes-Benz brands like Mercedes-Benz, AMG, smart, EQ and Mercedes me. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we ensure our customers’ mobility with our roadside assistance.
Additionally, we take care of all kinds of inquiries about passenger cars and vans during our opening hours. For our customers, we are maybe the most important connection to the Mercedes-Benz brand.

THE FACILITY DEPARTMENT
In this role as Manager Facilities, you manage the team on maintaining and optimizing a safe and healthy work environment for all MBCAC employees, according to Mercedes-Benz standards.
In this role, you report directly to the General Manager OC2 and lead a facility team of 10+ employees. The responsible areas are travel booking, catering, cleaning, security services, company and pool car park, event management, maintenance of the building, carpark and landscaping.
You want to develop your team; this means leadership in the team is essential. You are connected to your team, people oriented and at the same time you can create a clear direction
as Manager Facilities to run the operation and you are able to manage changes. You are also in close contact with our outsource partners. Strong communication skills are, besides in your role as a leader, key in these collaborations.
We are looking for a driven and hands-on manager, who knows what happens in the team and has a strategical view on the facility topics. A driven leader who celebrates success together.
