The organisation

We are the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht. Years of experience and our strong focus on customer centricity has given us expertise to steer and develop global Customer Contact Centers (CCC) around the world. We belong to the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts division and collaborate closely with other departments and divisions to create the best customer journey.

The function

As one of the management assistants of the board, you will assist, support and facilitate the general manager and the department of Retail Liaison Center and Parts Logistics Services. Next to that you will support and deputize the other CAC Management Assistants.

Task & Responsibilities

  • Regular management assistant's tasks
    • e-mail, calendar, arranging meetings and managing the agendas
    • travels and organizing conferences and events

  • Supporting the department administration is one of your tasks
    • Purchase Orders, organization and facilitation, visitors handling etc.
    • Create presentations and internal communication on behalf of the assigned general managers
    • Participation in meetings, writing meeting minutes

  • Ability to develop in your role by supporting your managers with their tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Professional proficiency in English, language skills in German are a plus, but not mandatory
  • Independent, accurate worker
  • Strong service orientation
  • Open-minded and open to change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Diplomacy and tactfulness
  • Ability to manage a high level of confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adjust your working hours to the business needs.
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
