The function

Are you passionate about being a trainer and coach for our management community? Do you like to develop learnings and create training content? We are looking for a new colleague in our training team who is passionate about training and coaching leaders and managers to reach their potential and that of their teams. We are seeking an experienced leadership trainer to work for our office in Maastricht.

As a leadership trainer, your main goal is to facilitate learning and development within the organization. You actively contribute to creating a positive learning environment, focusing on continuous improvement. Your main scope includes all managers and support functions across the organization. You serve as the expert in the field of learning and development, overseeing the quality of all learning interventions and training formats, aligning with the learning offerings. You communicate with stakeholders about learning needs and implement appropriate actions. You translate organizational needs into group and individual learning goals based on requests from the organization or your observations in coordination with your manager.

What will be your tasks?

  • Creating content: developing and implementing training and blended learning for managers and staff.
  • Providing training, coaching, e-learning, and workshops to improve results and work-related growth.
  • Working on continuous improvement and being an expert in learning & development for our management community.
  • Translating strategic training policies into concrete goals and actions.
  • Responsible for a smooth transition from training to practice/application.
  • Analyzing and reporting training results in collaboration with the Learning Administrator.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and promoting the training portfolio and learning platform.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • Higher vocational education (preferably in the direction of teaching, learning & development in organizations)
  • Experienced as a trainer for leaders and managers
  • Experienced in developing and creating training content
  • Excellent coaching skills. Leadership experience could be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, and facilitation skills
  • Independent actor as well as a strong team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as video-creating and -editing tools

  • The salary range for a full-time position (40 hours) is between €4100 and €5800 gross per month depending on experience
  • 25 vacation days
  • 8% holiday allowance

We work hybrid. This means that we combine working at the office and home.
