The function

The main goal of the internship is to support the HR department with recruitment-related topics. We are looking for an enthusiastic and open-minded person with strong interpersonal skills, and a process-oriented and solution-minded hands-on attitude.

What is your role and what are your tasks?

• Proactively recruit qualified candidates through internal and external networks
• Assist in full life-cycle recruitment for different positions including screening resumes, taking part in interviews, doing reference/background checks, negotiating salaries, and making employment offers within the guidelines of CAC’s employment policies and procedures
• Actively participate in the continuous optimization of existing recruitment processes
• Standardize documents
• Administrative support
• Assisting in building up a sustainable recruitment strategy
• Support the introduction of new employees

Requirements

Who are you?

• Ongoing university or higher vocational degree in Human Resources or Business Economics
• Excellent English skills and preferably other language skills (German, Dutch, French)
• Be able to multitask
• Not be afraid to take the initiative and ask questions when needed
• Have a strong willingness to learn
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Self initiator
• Internationally orientated

What do we offer?

We offer you an internship in a multicultural, dynamic, and informal international working environment:

• 4 - 6 months internship, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Internship compensation, € 800,- gross based on 40 hours per week
• Your internship needs to be an official part of your study program. For legal reasons, we cannot accept graduated candidates.
• The starting date will be preferably between October and December 2023
