The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center [MBCAC] is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands and supports all after sales customers for Mercedes-Benz, smart, AMG, Maybach, vans, bus and trucks in Europe. In 2015, the MBCAC has been granted the world wide governance role for all Mercedes-Benz aftersales call centers around the globe. Within the Global Contact Center management department (GSP/OC3) the New Business, Knowledge & Product Management department is responsible for implementing new businesses and maintaining them within the product management team. A complete knowledge support organization is currently in developed within the latest extension of the department.

In order to serve our customers in the best way possible, our New Business team within the New Business, Knowledge & Product Management department team is looking for support.
The New Business team runs several projects in parallel that aim on connectivity, dedication or customer journey related service implementations or improvement projects. Within the different project phases we need to assure that we keep our business partners & (internal) customers informed and updated. Your role will be to support and assist within these projects. Strategic insights are also required to pave our road forward by evaluating new business requests and consider other Automotive Trends and Daimler internal influencing factors.
You will be part of an international team where interaction with other departments within the Global Contact Center Management organization will provide you insights in other part of the business.
Job Requirements
An internship at Mercedes-Benz will be paid according to the internship regulations within Daimler. The preferable duration for the internship will be between 4-6 months, 40 hours a week, starting as soon as possible (preferably September).
