Our home base is the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht, which is the central point of contact in Europe for After-Sales, caring for the needs of current and prospective Mercedes-Benz customers. Beyond this responsibility, we also steer and further develop the global Customer Contact Centers (CCC) of Mercedes-Benz for After-Sales and Sales.

What is your role and what are your tasks?
• Introduction of Quality Assurance concepts for the program (reviews, etc.).
• Consolidate onboarding methods from each area - agile teams, rollout/markets/ governance/suppliers.
• Collaborate with Owners to update savings potentials.
• Proactively encourage Confluence usage and highlight non adherence.
• Support Communication & Change Management Teams (10% of the time).
• Running the program mailbox and calendar.
• Resource alignments with business owners, monthly, and supplier weekly. Update resource and capacity changes to Project Management Office.

This Internship is a fulltime position requiring 40 working hours per week, starting preferably half of July 2022.
