The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (MB CAC) is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands and supports all after sales customers for Mercedes-Benz, smart, AMG, Maybach, vans, bus and trucks in Europe. In 2015 the MBCAC has been granted the world wide governance role for all Mercedes-Benz aftersales call centers around the globe.
In our offices in Maastricht we think and act globally and are in a leading role for the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centers all over the world. The team
Within the Global Contact Center management department (GSP/OC3), the SIRIUS team focuses on the integration of digital technology into all areas of business.
In order to support our customers in the best way possible our team is moving from our current CRM ecosystem to our new customer centric SIRIUS platform.
The team works closely with the Agile Release Train in delivering this exciting new product for our global customer care centers (CCCs).
Your role will be to support the governance layer of the program and be a link between the agile teams, governance and stakeholders. Examples of tasks are introducing quality assurance concepts for the program, consolidating onboarding methods and assisting new team members into the program, supporting program wide communications and change management, and administration of our shared (confluence) collaboration spaces.

This Internship is a fulltime position requiring 40 working hours per week, starting as of March or April 2022.
