The Health & Vitality Program Manager (Health Coordinator) has a central role within the HR Team. Together with the HR business partners you will be shaping the Health & Vitality program. In this role you report to the HR manager.

The function

At Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center we want employees to be happy and healthy, at work and off work. Being the Health & Vitality program manager, it is your main target to shape and coordinate organization wide health & wellbeing topics together with the HRBP, managers and the employees themselves.

In this role, you:

  • Plan and align your Health and Vitality program on a tactical level. The aim is to put emphasis on preventive health. Which includes things as a year calendar, coordination social medical teams, health management trainings etc.
  • On an operational level, you have a coordination role in collaboration with the Arboservice and execute the Heatlh & vitality inititives
  • Keeping the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E) and plan of approach up to date and define necessary measures.
  • Act as a prevention officer

Requirements

  • Education related to the area of expertise, a bachelor degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience within corporate health management
  • Legally competent in Dutch labor law and Wet Poortwachter
  • Dutch fluent language and a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication- and coaching skills
  • Experience stakeholder management in a corporate environment
  • The ability to prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and keep overview
  • Pro-active, stress resistant, autonomous
