The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center is an international multicultural organization and an integrated part of Daimler’s Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales. In our offices in Maastricht we think and act globally and assume a leading role for the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centers all over the world. As one of the management assistants of the board of Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, you will assist, support and facilitate two general managers and their departments. You work closely together with two management assistants of the other general managers.
In this role you will be responsible for the regular management assistant tasks like creating and responding to emails and letters, managing the agenda’s, arranging meetings, travels and organizing conferences and small events.
Also supporting the department administration is one of your tasks (e.g. Purchase Orders, organization and facilitation, visitors handling etc.)
You create presentations and internal communication on behalf of the assigned general managers. You participate in meetings, write meeting minutes and maintain contact with management of other departments.
You are able to develop in your role with supporting your managers with their tasks.
You are an experienced management assistant with at least three years of experience in this role in an international and multicultural environment.
You have finished your education on a MBO+/HBO level, preferably Schroevers.
Your English language skills are or fluent, preferably also in Dutch and German.
You have excellent skills in prioritizing, organizing and time management. Work independently, accurately and a strong service orientated mind will help you to be successful in this role.
You are open minded and still able and willing to learn.
On this level in the organisation you act with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
Of course flexibility to adjust your working hours to the business needs is necessary.
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) has no secrets for you.
Preferably this role is for 40 hours a week, 32 hours would be an option as well.
