The function

What are your responsibilities?

• You will be supporting in the development of the strategic blueprint of services & process in line with the Global Contact Center Management Governance
• You will be supporting the project Management as consultant
• You will be analyzing markets as-is situation, conduct Gap analysis, and support in developing an improvement/implementation plans.
• You will be gathering the business requirements for solutions.

Requirements

What is important for us?
If you’re feeling comfortable with the English language, being proactive with project management and able to start as soon as possible then we’ll be well on our way.
Next to that it’s also handy :

• You’re having a good understanding of CRM solutions (Oracle, Salesforce or similar)
• Ideally you’ve got experience in end-2-end sales & customer services processes
