The organisation
The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center is an international multicultural organization and an integrated part of Daimler’s Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales. In our offices in Maastricht we think and act globally and assume a leading role for the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centers all over the world. Our goal is to provide excellent assistance to our customers and dealers of well-known Daimler brands like Mercedes-Benz, AMG, smart, Setra and Mercedes me. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we ensure our customers’ mobility with our roadside assistance. Additionally, we take care of all kinds of enquiries about passenger cars, trucks and vans during our opening hours. For our customers we are maybe the most important connection to the Mercedes-Benz brand. That’s why we live the brand’s most important promise: “The best or nothing”.
The function
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages, when applicable scan, code and copy letters and distribute mail
- Ensure paper supply for locations throughout the MB CAC and collect used paper, in order to provide sufficient paper for MB CAC employees and get rid of used paper
- Execute reproduction tasks on request of employees, in order to provide them with the copies and booklets for their work
- Order and distribute office supplies
- Back - up for reception during lunch breaks, holidays and other absences
- Other facility related ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- MBO work- and thinking level
- Background in facility would be an advantage
- Work accurately
- Strong communication skills in the Dutch and English language, German would be an advantage
- Strong customer focus (hospitality)
- Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Flexible, quality driven and team player
- Living in Zuid-Limburg

- Definite contract for 1 year, with option to permanent contract afterwards
- Parttime job for 24 hours per week, Friday is a fixed day, the rest is flexible
- 200 vacation hours (based on full time employment)
