The function

Within the department “Critical Parts Management” you will be part of a more minor strategic specialist team. The role's main focus is to support, coordinate and engage in various projects and related activities.

Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact for internal and market communication and various global bottleneck topics, for which it is their responsibility to revise, implement and coordinate sound steering models. Once familiar with the processes within the department, you should proactively identify process improvement needs and initiate the corresponding improvement.

Tasks:

  • Support in managing intradepartmental projects aiming at process improvement including all related activities such as planning, documentation, and similar
  • Revise, implement and continuously coordinate sound bottleneck steering methods for highly critical Aftersales topics
  • Actively engage in multiple cross-divisional projects, leading smaller working groups within
  • Work closely with other project and operational teams to ensure interdependencies are identified early and managed successfully
  • Ensure that all change management needs are addressed to facilitate project implementation
  • Coordinate large-scale aftersales topics and report to higher management for regular updates
  • Proactively identify process gaps and initiate appropriate countermeasures
  • Enable fact-based decision-making by creating transparency through e.g. analyzing the feasibility of potential options and presenting them to management
  • Coordinate internal and market communication of global Aftersales topics and represent the department as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in a business or SCM related field
  • You are fluent in English and German, both verbal and writing
  • Working experience of a minimum of 3 years in project management
  • You think critically and work solution-oriented
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodology is desired
  • You have solid communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • You think outside the box and develop creative solutions
  • You have the ability to view the big picture
  • You are a team player
  • You possess practical presentation skills and are experienced in creating highly creative and professional PowerPoint slides
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • You are able to handle diverse topics at the same time
  • You are customer-oriented
  • Experience in supply chain management is a plus
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote)
