The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center [MBCAC] is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands and supports all after-sales customers for Mercedes-Benz, smart, AMG, Maybach in Europe. In 2015 the MBCAC has been granted the worldwide governance role for all Mercedes-Benz aftersales call centers around the globe. Within the Global Contact Center management department (GSP/OC3), the SIRIUS team focuses on the integration of digital technology into all areas of business.

As an intern within the IT Architecture department of the Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht. You will be part of an international team that is working on high value-add programs for Mercedes-Benz globally.
You will have the opportunity to learn, grow and explore within the realm of project management, SAFe (agile ways of working) as well as product ownership.
The architecture team is a team that runs the overall architecture of our organization. We have the responsibility of designing, guiding, overseeing its implementation and ensuring its efficiency, operability and scalability. This team works in an agile format, having several team members working at different levels, through different parts of our program. An intern role will help to guide and maintain the architecture backlog, helping to operate it and more importantly maximize its efficiency.
