Our CAC in Maastricht (The Netherlands) looks after our Mercedes-Benz customers and Mercedes-Benz authorised dealerships from both inside and outside of Europe. That's why we're seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative join our Customer Service (Italy) Team in Maastricht. Our office is located close to the beautiful Maas River and it is less than less than a 1.5km walk from Maastricht Train Station. The route is also well served by buses and cycle paths. Maastricht is a charming city in the south of the Netherlands - the very heart of Europe. It embodies elegance, class and culture as well as boasting a perfect destination for travelling to other areas of the continent. Due to its location, Maastricht is a melting-pot of different nationalities creating a vibrant, multi-lingual community in which it’s easy to feel at home.

The function

The Customer Service department in Maastricht serves all European customers and prospective customers by handling all enquiries and complaints for the entire range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. All enquiries and complaints are handled by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail.

You are responsible for after-sales service issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries.

As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the Mercedes-Benz organization. You insure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately; manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge. Multi-tasking is not a problem and you are a team player.

You aren’t expected to know everything when you get here. That’s why we start with three weeks of training for all employees for the relevant systems and processes. All we ask in return is that you take the time to learn and develop your skills as best you can. After this three weeks of training, you will have a buddy in your team who will train you on the market specific procedures and the communication standards expected.

Requirements

Here at the Mercedes-Benz CAC, in Maastricht, we are recruiting for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative with a passion for customer satisfaction. What do you bring?

  • Work experience in call center environment and/or customer service
  • Fluent (minimum C2) level of spoken and written Italian
  • Excellent written and spoken English. You will also be able to communicate with your teammates in English. All CAC training and business communication is carried out in English.
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Strong focus and understanding of customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Italian geography
  • Team player
  • Open-minded to a diversity of cultures
  • Ability to prioritise, analyse, plan and coordinate on high volume
  • Open to relocate to the area of Maastricht

  • A gross monthly starting salary of €2693 for 40 hours of work per week
  • An annual holiday allowance of 200 hours (based on full-time employment)
