Role in the HR department
The HR admin team consists of an onboarding specialist, a personnel administrator, the Compensation & Benefits admin specialist, and the Compensation & Benefits specialist.
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist manages oversees and maintains all company benefits programs as the subject matter expert and will do the needed payroll tasks.
You will work in a dynamic environment. In this HR team, you work closely together and support each other to reach common department goals.
