The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC) is an international multicultural organization and an integrated part of Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales. In our offices in Maastricht, we provide since over 20 years excellent assistance to our customers and dealers not only in Europe but all around the world. Maintaining these standards would not be possible without all of the talented and motivated colleagues that contribute to the success of our company. Where will you work?
Within our Retail Service Department, we assist our Mercedes-Benz Retailer Network and independent workshops worldwide regarding our XENTRY products and aftersales services.
XENTRY includes diagnostic solutions, which diagnose potential faults in vehicles so that our technicians can react with targeted repairs and maintenance.
In our XENTRY Commercial Administration Team, we support Mercedes-Benz Representatives in regards to all administrative and commercial requests in German and English. For example about the XENTRY Online Shop, contract administration, customer data management and shipment information.
