EDLAB, the Maastricht University for Education Innovation, is looking for an enthusiastic colleague who will work together with the current team to develop EDLAB into a fully-fledged Teaching and Learning Centre within our university.
Maastricht University (UM) has built vast knowledge and expertise in education innovation and research. Within UM and in close collaboration with the faculties, EDLAB will transition into a Teaching and Learning Centre in the coming years. We are looking for a project leader who will strengthen our team in this change process. As a project leader, your responsibilities will primarily focus on two domains:
As a project leader, you will be fully part of the EDLAB team. EDLAB consists of a small team of project leaders who coordinate a wide range of activities, such as organising training courses for teachers, leading educational innovation and research projects, or stimulating exchange and connection through Education Days, online videos and Communities of Practice. The 0,8-1,0 fte position is initially offered for 1 year, with a potential prospect of a permanent contract upon a positive evaluated performance. The gross monthly salary of this appointment will depend on education and relevant working experience, with an expected minimum of €2.960 and a maximum of €5.439 per month (based on a full-time position of 38 hours/week). In addition, there is an 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% year-end allowance. The terms of employment of Maastricht University are set out in the Collective Labour Agreement of Dutch Universities (CAO). Furthermore, local UM provisions also apply.
