As Management /Office Assistant at the Maastricht School of Management (MSM), you will have a versatile, varied job with various administrative, organizational and planning tasks within an inspiring international organization. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization by providing adequate secretarial and administrative support to the management team and the planning and organization of various activities and events.
We are looking for you if you are proactive, well organised, structured and accurate. You are good at setting priorities and have a friendly, firm personality and you enjoy working in a truly international environment. You take initiative, can handle a multitude of different tasks and monitor and anticipate administrative processes well. You are flexible, enjoy working independently, but also enjoy working together. In addition, you are able to learn and pick up things quickly, have a good sense of hospitality, a sense of humour and the ability to put things into perspective.
Fixed-term contract: 12 months. If proven suitable, the employment contract will be converted into an indefinite contract;.
