As a Management Assistant at the secretary’s office of the University Library, you will have a versatile, varied job with various administrative, organisational and planning tasks within an inspiring international organisation. A very varied job, therefore, which suits you perfectly if you are highly service-oriented on the one hand, but also have a healthy dose of entrepreneurship. With your work as a Management Assistant, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of the organisation by providing adequate secretarial and administrative support to the management team and the planning and organisation of various activities and events.
We are looking for you if you are proactive, well-organised, structured and accurate. You are good at setting priorities and have a friendly, firm personality. You take initiative, can handle a multitude of different tasks and monitor and anticipate processes within a secretary’s office well. You are flexible, enjoy working independently, but also enjoy working together. In addition, you are able to learn and pick up things quickly, have a good sense of hospitality, a sense of humour and the ability to put things into perspective. Because the library is in a state of flux, we are looking for a builder. Someone who oversees processes, improves them and helps the secretary’s office innovate along with the organisation.
