Working in two departments (Enrollment and Communications), the job covers a wide variety of tasks, ranging from administrative, back-office tasks and team-support, to writing articles and creating social media content, to the recruitment of students to join our Master programmes. Flexibility, detail-oriented, creative thinking and communication skills are essential for this position.
Tasks for this function will be divided between the two departments, which work closely together. Tasks include (but are not exhaustive):
We are looking for a candidate who wants to contribute in the field of recruitment and communications, who enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment, meeting people, thinking creatively and working in a team, as well doing the back-office (admin) work in a detail-oriented way. • 1.0 fte employment. The position of Junior Enrollment-Communications Officer is in the salary scale 7, as a Communications Officer 3 (according to the UM UFO classification), ranging between 2471 € and 3336 € gross per month based on full-time employment. Salary will be based on relevant education combined with relevant work experience;
• In addition to the salary, we offer an 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% end-of-year bonus;
• 232 vacation hours per year for full-time employment and the possibility of expanding this slightly and additional holidays;
• ABP pension;

• Temporary contract for one year; contract can be made permanent based on good performance after this period.
