The Service Science Factory is searching for an Innovation Lead, Trainer & Coach who is going to awaken our clients’ innovation capacity and prepare them for future challenges! You will run innovation projects together with organisations, academic experts, and students; teach in our executive education programmes; lead design sprints; and hunt for new opportunities in the professional networks. We are looking for a professional, HBO+ education, with at least 5 years of work experience in strategy, consultancy, project management, design thinking and preferably a combination of these fields. Ideally, you have an established professional network, and you can bring in new business. The organisations we currently serve are mostly active in healthcare, services, and manufacturing. Ties to corporates operating on an international level would be an absolute plus.

Fixed-term contract: 1 year with the possibility of extension.
We offer a 1.0 fte appointment for the period of one year with the possibility of extension.
Remuneration will be according to the scales of the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities, depending on education and relevant work experience.
