You will be responsible for a scope of duties that will include:

  • Assisting Recruiting, screening and interviewing of international hospitality candidates from all over the world for HRC’s signature career program.
  • Establish and maintain close and personal contact with our pool of talented hospitality professionals
  • Assisting and guiding applicants through J1 visa process
  • Visa coaching calls with applicants
  • Being the go-to person for candidates and visa sponsor
  • Perform international reference check calls
  • You will be involved in the prescreening and selecting process of hospitality applicants from around the world
  • Various admin tasks such as handle phone calls, create and update SOP’s and create weekly management reports, meetings
  • general office matters such as inventory, suppliers, maintenance etc
Specific job knowledge, skill and ability
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Our office language is English
  • Dutch language is plus, German a bonus
  • EU citizenship
  • Graduate in hospitality/ tourism / HR
  • Affinity with hospitality
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A "Can-do" attitude; good sense of responsibility
  • Start date ASAP
