We are per immediate hire looking for a Customer Service Representative French for one of our relations in Maastricht. This is a temporary job for the duration of 3 months.

In this job, your goal is to maintain and/or increase customer loyalty by supporting the customer from ordering till delivering. Further, the associate is responsible for managing orders in accurate, timely and professional way.

The job:

• First contact to customers;
• Inform customers about status of orders;
• Handle return and credit requests;
• Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc);
• Take care of internal requests;
• All other incoming requests;
• Proactive order follow up.

Vaardigheden

We are looking for candidates, matching the following profile:

• MBO+ - degree (college);
• General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain):
• Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is mandatory;
• Multi-lingual skills are required: (near) in French, excellent writing and verbal skills in English,
  Dutch is preferred;
• Computerliterate (advance knowledge of MS-Office);
• SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge are preferred.
