We are per immediate hire looking for a Customer Service Representative French for one of our relations in Maastricht. This is a temporary job for the duration of 3 months.
In this job, your goal is to maintain and/or increase customer loyalty by supporting the customer from ordering till delivering. Further, the associate is responsible for managing orders in accurate, timely and professional way.
The job:
- First contact to customers;
- Inform customers about status of orders;
- Handle return and credit requests;
- Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc);
- Take care of internal requests;
- All other incoming requests;
- Proactive order follow up.

Vaardigheden
We are looking for candidates, matching the following profile:
- MBO+ - degree (college);
- General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain):
- Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is mandatory;
- Multi-lingual skills are required: (near) in French, excellent writing and verbal skills in English,
Dutch is preferred; - Computerliterate (advance knowledge of MS-Office);
- SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge are preferred.
