For our relation in Maastricht, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative (B2B).
In this job, your goal is to maintain and/or increase customer loyalty by supporting the customer from ordering till delivering.
Further, the associate is responsible for managing orders in accurate, timely and professional way.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of customer enquiries;
• Handling of quotations/ offers;
• order handling;
• follow up on customer request;
• building strong customer relationships;
• maintaining customer related and sales date.

Vaardigheden

We are looking for a candidate matching the following profile:

• MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics);
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B Customer Service position;
• General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is preferred;
• Computerliterate (advance knowledge of MS-Office);
• SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge are preferred.
