Bereid heerlijke Bubble tea, verkoop de lekkerste snacks en de leukste producten.

Als multitasker in de Horeca/Retail ben je verantwoordelijk voor de winkel Cheng! Of je nu Bubble tea bereidt, snacks inpakt (cinnamon rols en verschillende Aziatische lekkernijen), koffie zet of de winkel artikelen aanvult, met jouw drive en persoonlijkheid weet je als geen ander hoe je Cheng het allerbeste kan laten draaien. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten, en helpt ze dan ook graag. Je werkt nauw met het team samen.

Bij Cheng vinden we het belangrijk dat je een alleskunner bent en snel leert! Wij leren je dan ook graag alle kneepjes van het vak.

Jouw taken:

• Je ondersteunt de Storemanager bij alle werkzaamheden en bent zijn/haar vervanger bij afwezigheid;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en gedeeltelijk coördineren van alle werkzaamheden in de winkel;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt klaarmaken van de bubble tea;
• Je adviseert (nieuwe) klanten en zorgt voor verkoop;
• Je bent proactief in het meedenken en helpen ontwikkelen van kansen voor Cheng en neemt initiatieven ten aanzien van klantbenadering en klachtenbehandeling;
• Je zorgt voor goede winkelprestaties en draagt zorg voor de vooraf opgestelde KPI’s;
• Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat de hoge kwaliteitsservice geleverd blijft en klanten de winkel met een glimlach verlaten!

Herken je jezelf?

• Je hebt minimaal een MBO-opleiding niveau 3 afgerond en/of 2 jaar ervaring in de Horeca/ Retail.
• Je vindt het leuk om de zaak te runnen en medewerkers te helpen het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
• Je vindt het belangrijk om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je bent ambitieus, enthousiast, resultaatgericht en je neemt graag het voortouw.
• Je bent full of part time (tussen de 20 en 40 uur per week) beschikbaar en vindt het niet erg om in het weekend te werken.

Tea bar / sales Multitasker

Prepare delicious Bubble tea, sell the tastiest snacks and the best products.

As a multitasker in the tea bar / Retail you are responsible for the Cheng store! Whether you prepare Bubble tea, pack snacks (cinnamon rolls and various Asian delicacies), make coffee or replenish the store items. With your drive and personality, you know better than anyone how to make Cheng run the best. You are the contact person for our guests and are happy to help them. You work closely with the team.

At Cheng we think it is important that you are an all-rounder and learn quickly! We are happy to teach you all the tricks of the trade.

Your tasks:

• You support the Store Manager in all activities and are his / her replacement in case of absence;
• You are responsible for the execution and partial coordination of all activities in the store;
• You are responsible for the efficient preparation of the bubble tea;
• You advise (new) customers and take care of sales;
• You are proactive in thinking along and helping to develop opportunities for Cheng. You take initiatives with regard to customer approach and complaints handling;
• You ensure good store performance and take care of the predefined KPIs;
• Together with the team, you ensure that the high-quality service continues to be delivered and that customers leave the store with a smile!

Do you recognize yourself?

• You have completed at least an MBO level 3 education and / or 2 years of experience in the hospitality / retail sector
• You enjoy running the business and helping employees get the best out of themselves. You think it is important to develop yourself.
• You are ambitious, enthusiastic, result-oriented and you like to take the lead.
• You are available full or part time (between 20 and 40 hours a week) and do not mind working on weekends.
