Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business workflows, data models, and system integrations to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Work closely with architects, developers, administrators, and consultants, to translate business requirements into functional requirements and CRM solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired business processes, identifying areas of improvement and proposing innovative solutions in our current CRM landscape.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive business requirement documentation, user stories, process flows, and test cases to support CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective adoption of implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest features and industry trends, and provide recommendations for enhancing our CRM system and driving business value.
What we offer
- A gross salary between €3.800 and €5.400 based on your experience.
- 28 days of leave per year, with the possibility to buy up to 5 additional days.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar.
- 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile ways of working.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Salesforce knowledge or certifications are a strong plus.
